Starting a new practice can be a little scary. At Studio108 we try to make each client as comfortable as possible while beginning his or her new journey into wellness. The original physical practice of yoga conditioned the body and mind for long periods of seated meditation. Dhamma Vinyasa seeks to return to these original concepts and at the same time allow the practitioner to engage every bone, muscle and sinew in a fun, flowing healthy practice. Our 4 week introductory course emphasizes structure and relaxation to create a body flowing with vitality. With postures based on classical Ashtanga Yoga the movements flow with the breath and create a stability and grace that permeates every aspect of your life.
