Megan began her yoga journey in summer of 2011 as a way to reconnect to herself post-baby. Instantly addicted she found that her new passion was sharing the message that yoga is for anyone of any age, size, or fitness level. She has been studying consistently and faithfully under Steffan de Graffenried, owner of Studio108, since May 2012. She also completed her 275 hour Vinyasa Teacher Training under Kerry Porter; who teaches Vinyasa Krama in the lineage of Krishnanacharya. In addition to studying Methodology, Anatomy, and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Megan completed a 25 hour course in Anatomy Fundamentals with Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews. She enjoys introducing yoga to beginner students, as well as helping connect both new and regular practitioners with more breath awareness and movement mindfulness. She also likes to teach kids yoga.
